Switching to Profinium? 

Switching banks should not be complicated.  With our Profinium Switch Kit(Opens in a new Window), you have free* access to online services that make switching cards and banks easier.  And as usual, we made sure you can use the software whenever it is convenient for you and your schedule.

How to add fraud protection to your debit card
Learn how to setup your debit card notifications and alerts so you are in full control of your debit card.  


You can have full control over your debit card 24/7.  Who uses it, when it is used (online or in person only), set spending limits based on your preferences such as online or in person or by merchant type. 

You can even turn your card on or off directly from your banking app.  comes in very handy if you lost your card or it was stolen.

REMINDER: What to do if your card is lost or stolen.
OPTION 1: Immediately go into your online or mobile banking and choose one of two options: 
  • You can turn your card off until you can find your card.  Once you find your card, then you can turn your card back on. 
  • Report your card lost or stolen.  Note, if you select this option your card will not work anymore until we get you a new one.

Add Fraud Protection Alerts Phone number to your contacts
To protect against fraudsters getting the phone number we will not publicize the number.
Use the number provided by your Relationship Banker or you can message us through your banking app and we will confirm the number. 
 
We have an amazing service that watches over your debit card at all times.  You may receive text messages and/or phone calls verifying if a recent purchase is legitimate or fraudulent.  

IMPORTANT - If you receive a call, email, or message from that number respond promptly.  If you do not respond, for added protection, the card is disabled until we can verify the transaction with you.
