If you know a teacher in Southern Minnesota* who consistently goes above and beyond, nominate them below. Share their story, their dream wish list, and how they’re empowering students daily.
Step 2:
Nominations Review Process
The Profinium nominations committee will review nominations and select recipients the week of November 18 - 22nd.
Step 3:
Empower Their Dreams
Then in December, Profinium teammates will have the honor of delivering the dream list items to selected teachers and their classrooms.

*Any teacher in Blue Earth, Dodge, Freeborn, Faribault, LeSueur, Martin, Nicollet, Rice, Steele, Waseca, or Watonwan counties are eligible. The teacher and/or nominator does NOT need to be a client of Profinium. This is open to all community members within these counties. Profinium employees are allowed to nominate community teachers. Nominator names will be removed from the nomination committee's view during the review process. IRS reporting may apply.

Who can nominate a teacher?
Anyone —students, parents, fellow teachers, administrative staff and any community members—can nominate a teacher who is making a difference.
What types of classroom resources can teachers receive? What is a dream wish list?
We aim to fund tools that empower learning and foster an engaging classroom environment. If the amazing teacher has said to you, "I wish we could afford {fill in the blank}." Or "It would make such a difference to the kiddos if we could afford {Insert dream item}." Those are the items we want to know about.
How do teachers get selected?
A nominations committee made up of Profinium teammates, will review nominations and choose classroom champions based on their story and need for innovative resources.
Does the teacher need to be from a certain area or geography?
Teachers within these counties can be nominated:

LeSueur, Rice, Dodge, Steele, Waseca, Freeborn, Faribault, Martin, Nicollet, or Watonwan counties are eligible.
